Nathan Wright
President

Nathan is the founder of Tru-Cal and is
responsible for the overall strategic direction
of the company. Nathan invests much of his time
developing innovative ideas that enable
Tru-Cal
to offer the very best level of service to their
clients. To accomplish this, he works closely
with Tru-Cal's clients & employees in order to
better understand their needs and how to deliver
the best level of service in the industry today.
He began his career as a manufacturers
representative providing thermal processing
equipment and commodities. While working with
clients in the industry he gained great insight
to needs that weren't being met. He has since
built a service team with Tru-Cal in order to do
just that -- understand and meet each customer's
individual needs.
He currently is a member of the Metal Treating
Institute, and
an active community member.
Nathan gives of his time and money to the Red
Cross, Make-a-Wish Foundation, Diabetes
Youth Foundation, Sertoma Club, Saint Mary's,
Firefighters of America and other local and
national interests.
Nathan Attended Purdue University where he
studied Electrical Engineering Technology and
Business Administration. |

Jim Belavich

Jim is very well known and respected in the
industry. He
has over 19 years of experience in
several areas of
thermal processing -- Thermals
Sensors, Combustion, Controls, Refractory, Electrical,
and Calibration just to name a few.
Jim successfully manages and cultivates
most of Tru-Cal's new customer relationships, and is
responsible for ensuring that Tru-Cal continues
to grow at a controlled pace.
By assisting in
some of the day-to-day service calls, Jim maintains
a "hands-on" approach with each of the
Tru-Cal engineering staff. Jim also plays a
strategic role on the management team, helping
to not only drive the growth of
the business
today, but providing much of the vision for the
future.
Prior to joining Tru-Cal, Jim was the Vice
President of Operations for an industrial
controls company where he was responsible for
over $1 million in annual thermocouple sales as
well as for implementing & maintaining the
quality system for compliance with
ISO/IEC:17025. Prior to that, Jim was the Vice
President of Operations for another thermal
industry leader, where he was responsible for
implementing a Guide 15 compliant quality system
and for managing their service technicians. Jim,
additionally has 8 years of experience in the
nuclear power generation industry.

Stephanie Wehrman
Business Manager

As the Business Manager of Tru-Cal, Stephanie is
responsible for the refinement and management of
internal operations. This includes financial,
human resources, and
the ongoing development and
marketing of the business.
Stephanie studied business management at Ball
State University. She has an extensive in sales
and marketing, focused primarily in the medical
industry. She also has vast experience in
business administration and operations, working
for companies such as: The American College of
Sports Medicine, Conseco Capital Management, SMT
Health Services, Mid America Imaging, and Lanier
Worldwide. In addition to a proven track record,
Stephanie brings diligence and innovation to the
Tru-Cal team.

Ed Matheis

Ed has an extensive 15-year background in the
industry.
Ed's experience includes working for a
leading thermocouple manufacturer as well as
pyrometry service company.
In his career he has helped design, install,
service and troubleshoot thermal processing
systems for many companies across many different
industries, including: medical, aerospace,
automotive, plastics, polymers, and coatings,
just to name a few. Ed's experience and
back-
ground servicing these different industries
make him a valuable asset to the Tru-Cal
organization.

Steve Sulzbach

Steve joined the Tru-Cal team in early 2005, he
has been in the thermal processing industry for
the past 12 years. During this time he has
served as a service technician as well as the
Quality Assurance Manager for a calibration
laboratory.
Steve's knowledge of the industry and his
personal touch are what customers like most
about him. Prior to his tenure in the thermal
processing industry, Steve served as a
maintenance technician at DAI Ceramics. We are
very pleased to have Steve as one of our Senior
Technicians.

Lance Durtschi

Lance is the newest member of the Tru-Cal team.
Prior to joining Tru-Cal he worked in the Automotive
Industry for
some of the major corporations like Daimler
Chrysler, Ford Motor Company, General Motors, Delphi,
Visteon and Lear
as an account manager for a major supplier.
As an accounts manager he has been successful in providing
hundreds of thousands of dollars in cost savings for major corporations.
As a journeyman electrician he was instrumental in the installation of major generators used to power one of he nation’s
largest government facilities. His electrical experience has allowed him to troubleshoot
and solve many problems in the manufacturing process. Lance graduated from Aberdeen
Proving Ground, one of the top schools in
the armed forces, with an emphasis
in electronics/optical instrument repair.
Lance’s professional approach to customer service has allowed
him to work closely with his customers giving them more than
their anticipated results.
